REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

For physical books, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are offended or uncomfortable with the content of a book, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy, including a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. If you are returning for any other reason, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. In all cases you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The books must be unused and in the same condition as received and should be returned free from foreign smells, pet hair, and dander. DEFECTIVE ITEM

In the case of defective or damaged books, we offer exchanges for the same item. Please contact us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me for exchange requests. If a book was received as a gift and the content is not to your liking, we ask that you return it to the gift giver, as we do not offer refunds for books received as gifts.

PDF PURCHASES

Due to the digital nature of PDFs, returns are typically not accepted. However, exceptions for content discomfort are considered within 30 days of purchase. For content-based issues with PDFs, please email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me with a brief explanation for a refund.

REFUNDS

Returns for sale items are accepted with proof of payment to ensure the refund matches the amount paid. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In special circumstances such as undeliverable or refused packages, these will be processed as a return, but we will not attempt to re-ship. Such orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of goods, but shipping costs will not be refunded. ORDER CANCELLATION

Some orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted due to quick processing times. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to edit it. For orders within the USA, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. We pride ourselves on efficiency and aim to ship every non-back-ordered book on the same day we receive the order, or within 3 business days at the latest.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

In cases where an item is back-ordered due to high demand or inventory shortages, it could take up to 8 weeks for us to replenish our stock from the printer. We understand that delays can be frustrating and we commit to keeping you informed about the status of your order. Rest assured, we will make every effort to expedite the process and get your books to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. In the event that the tracking information shows your order as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for assistance. Please understand that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or issues that occur after the package is in the care of USPS.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues, it will be processed as a return.
