REFUND POLICY

We are dedicated to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent to all our customers.
RETURNS
For physical books, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are offended or uncomfortable with the content of a book, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy, including a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. If you are returning for any other reason, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. In all cases you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The books must be unused and in the same condition as received and should be returned free from foreign smells, pet hair, and dander. Please email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me with your reason for the return and we will provide further instructions.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the case of defective or damaged books, we offer exchanges for the same item. Please contact us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me for exchange requests. If a book was received as a gift and the content is not to your liking, we ask that you return it to the gift giver, as we do not offer refunds for books received as gifts.
PDF PURCHASES
Due to the digital nature of PDFs, returns are typically not accepted. However, exceptions for content discomfort are considered within 30 days of purchase. For content-based issues with PDFs, please email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me with a brief explanation for a refund.
REFUNDS
Returns for sale items are accepted with proof of payment to ensure the refund matches the amount paid. For all returns, including sale items, include proof of payment to facilitate accurate refund processing. For shipping instructions for returns, email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In special circumstances such as undeliverable or refused packages, these will be processed as a return, but we will not attempt to re-ship. Such orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of goods, but shipping costs will not be refunded. If you believe the product received is defective, please email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me within 7 days of delivery, with a subject line “Item Received Defective”, and attach photos of the defective area along with a brief description. Our team will provide follow-up instructions. If you receive an item different from what you ordered, email us at studyofmemesbook@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with the subject line “Order Discrepancy” and attach photo(s) of the item(s) received for us to review your order and send instructions on how to proceed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled before processing by emailing us immediately after placing your order at studyofmemesbook@proton.me with the subject line “Cancel Order”. Some orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted due to quick processing times. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to edit it. If you need to change a 'ship to' address, notify customer support immediately after placing the order at studyofmemesbook@proton.me. If the order has already been processed, it will be shipped to the address submitted at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for replacing orders with incorrect information due to customer error.
